Coffee Musings Under the Maple Tree (Part 11) ü The foundation of a happy person is one’s acceptance of once roots. Never deny where you truly come from – what kind of family, education, community, religion, culture etc., you have. Those were the different factors that influenced who you are today. Of course, in the journey of life, a lot of things have transpired and somehow helped mold who you are as well. But the foundation of your identity is your roots – “where you come from.” ü It may hurt for some time when someone you dearly loved gave up on you. But here’s the thing, because you loved the person very dearly, you would let the person go if that person wanted to. There’s no point in holding on when the other has made a choice. The pain is temporary just as that person’s love for you was temporary too. ü Never beg for someone to love you. Do not chase. True love will find you. ü Until my eyes dry out of tears; and my heart gets numb due to grief … I will s
